I just read this post from zenhabits, about doing less, and it has motivated me into making a decision, that I've put off, for a number of reasons, over the years. I have decided to stop working for Weight Watchers on a permanent basis. I haven't worked for them for a couple of months, but just last week was asked to fill in over the weekend. This then lead to my leader asking me to go back to a regular rotating schedule, and at the time I agreed. Even though it means going against something I've already agreed to, it is something I don't enjoy as much as I used to, and I've decided to tell her tonight that I won't be able to do it.

I definitely want to do less, and commit to less in my life. It's better for my (and Jason's) sanity.

Thanks for listening. I just wanted to put my thoughts out there to the universe.

[Wow, three posts already to day. That has never happened.
