I lost 300g!  Truth be told, I was pretty sure I would gain this week, given the weekend trip away, and a total of 6 meals not on the JC program.  I did make an effort to make better choices at a number of the meals, but I did have a very large steak with chips for Friday pub lunch, a huge lunch at Cactus Jacks on Saturday, and a very nice dessert at Airlie Beach, for dinner.

My training last week was full on.  With the pain in my shins and ankles almost gone, I was able to complete all of my planned training, including a 10km walk/run on Saturday morning before we went away.  I was extremely chuffed to see this week's results graph (DailyMile.com):

Leah asked me why the little face is grumpy.  All I can put that down to is that one of my bike rides to boot camp was in horrendous head winds, and I logged it as 'grumpy face', so maybe it shows your worst one for the week (or something).

So, this week, I have only one planned outing (a breakfast with boot campers).  This should result in some pretty good outcomes for next Monday.  Check back and see.
