Not very good news to report this week.  Of the 2.2kg I had lost to date, with Jenny Craig, I put 1.1kg back on.  I have no one to blame but myself, and my shins/ankles.  I ate out numerous times, and didn't make good food choices.  My training also slipped, mainly out of frustration for what may be shin splints.

Anyhoo, on to Week 4.  My goals for this week are:
  • to follow the JC program 7 out of 7 days
  • to exercise 6 out of 7 days (minimum 30 minutes each session, even if I can only manage a walk)
  • maintain the self-imposed ban of the Big 4 (chocolate, alcohol, softdrink + icecream)
