WEEK 6 Recap
Quite frankly I can't believe another week has come around again so soon. With little to report as being achieved, I can only empathise with Cathy Zielske, who has posted this blog entry today. What she shares, so eloquently, is exactly how I am feeling at the moment, and specifically in regards to being a switch person. I seem to only be able to focus on one thing at a time, and at the moment, that is finishing up at work before starting a new job. My hope is that with the change in employment, will come an increased focus in developing lifestyle changes.

> lose 0.5kg :: not achieved (gained 0.5kg instead)
WEEK 7 Goals
This coming week, my focus is on very simple, therefore hopefully achieveable goals. I will be having a big night out on Friday to celebrate my change in jobs. This will undoubtedly bring me undone in the weight loss goal (I always gain after drinking).:
[nutrition]
> drink more than 2.0 litres of water each day
> three main meals each day, with the larger meal at lunch-time, and a salad for dinner (each day except Friday)
[training]
> 4 x 30 minute cardio sessions
> 2 x strength training sessions
> 5 x 20 minute yoga sessions
[lifestyle]
> wake up at 5.30am most mornings
> lose 0.5kg
and I will try and remember,
"Nothing tastes as good, as being slim feels"
Not sure who's quote this is, but it's an oldy from my time with Weight Watchers.
