I haven't done a weigh-in post for a couple of weeks, and it's hard to believe I'm at the end of Week 12 already. So for this post I thought I would recap as to how far I've come in those 12 weeks.
Total weight lost = 4.9kg (so tantalisingly off the 5kg mark)
Total centimetres lost =36cm
No. of training sessions completed =56
Total distance covered =161km
Total time spent training =38 hrs 35 min
My goals for the next 12 weeks include:
Probably my biggest change so far has been a mental one. I am a lot more focused on consistency, rather than adopting an 'all or nothing' approach. And I think in the long run, this will be a very good thing.

- training for a 10km race
- losing more than 5kg
