OK, so it may not be that improved, but I've decided to change my weigh-in day to Monday. The reason for this? I've joined Jenny Craig, and I'm limiting myself to one weigh-in a week, rather than jumping on the scales every morning expecting big results.
So, I have followed the JC program now for two weeks, and I've lost 2.2kg! Amazing! My training regime has not changed since before I started with JC (when I wasn't losing anything), so this proves that I have issues with what I'm putting in my mouth. One week on JC will definitely let you know when you're portion sizes have been out of control. You also develop a dependency on fruit and vegetables.
